  The manager is a complete idiot. I’m 18 years old and he refused to sell me a god damn plant after I was told by the lady at the front desk that because I’m 18 I am allowed to buy any animal or plant.

  Staff always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help. Now no store is perfect but this far they have always done well by me. So the occasional error with signs can be overlooked. Although, if it is clearly not a customer moving an item and a stocking issue I will insist on it being honoured. Pleasantries go a long way in customer satisfaction. That is just my opinion. All in all this is a 5 star store!
