  Will Moleon was unbelievably helpful! I walked in wearing desparation and he managed to talk me off the ledge. I am old school and definitely not tech savvy. He handled my issues with ease and finesse and managed to teach this old dog some new tricks. There should be more young men like him in the work force. I walked in dreading the situation and it turned out to be a pleasurable experience at Verizon thanks to Will. He is a valuable asset to your business and should be commended for his work ethics and a job well done.
